Meet Jack Uhll

Growing up in Midcoast Maine, Jack developed a strong connection to the landscape, the people, and the sense of groundedness that only comes from small-town coastal life. Craving a faster pace, he left after high school in search of city energy, setting off for Boston where opportunity moved at full speed. What began as a college adventure quickly turned into nearly a decade of fast-paced work and leadership—but in time, the quieter rhythms of Maine life called him back. Turns out, the life he thought he needed a break from was the one he was always meant to return to.
In Boston, Jack spent several years at Warrior Ice Arena—the Boston Bruins’ training facility—where he directed youth hockey camps and led player development programs. As Camp Director and Hockey Operations Coordinator, he managed operations, built community partnerships, and mentored hundreds of young athletes and families. His leadership style—rooted in patience, empathy, and organization—translates seamlessly to real estate.
Now living in Hope with his wife Jenna, Jack is proud to be reintegrating into the Maine landscape that shaped his early years. When he’s not working with clients, he’s likely on the ice or out exploring the coastlines, backroads, and small towns that continue to ground and inspire him. For Jack, helping others feel at home in Midcoast Maine isn’t just a job—it’s a return to something deeply personal.
